DXM questions.

Well I've only took DXM once in my life. It was in a Generic brand Waltussin.

They were DXM only containing capsule, they were red gel caps oval shaped.

It said now drowsy on it, and had Dextromethorphan HBr on em. with a few other letters out to the side i dont remember.

is this right?

i took 20 15 milligram pills to a total of 300 mg. But I assumed that i had to chew them up.

What I did was, stick the capsules in my mouth and chomp down on em and suck all the liquid out and swallow it with a drink and spit the gel capsules out.

Is this right? or can I just swallow the gel capsules whole?

Also it said non drowsy so i figure maybe it woudlnt be as strong of effect, is this so?

I got a very light buzz. I felt a lil energetic and talkative and some mild euporia, and my sense of touch was enhanced and rubbing my back or something on a sat felt very nice.

i guess it had some effects. Answers to my questions? much appreciated.

You can just swallow the pills.

Non-drowsy formula just means that there is no other ingredients (like diphenhydramine) to make you sleepy. DXM is DXM. There is no drowsy/non-drowsy form of DXM. As long as the product you took only contains DXM, its all good.

so far the only ones i find witho nly dxm is Vicks 44 shit, if i remember correctly it was red or orangish liquid and Waltussin.

rest has guanisefin(sp?) or fuckin aceteminophen or other harmful shit ive read of.

please try using ZICAM COUGH MAX its a throat spray that is a little half oz shot. if you have a slow metabolism and you are 200lbs + take two bottles, if you are lighter than that, you should be good with just one. the first time i tripped i took one bottle. the half oz shot contains 390mg of dxm. it also has very few inactive ingredients. it does contain a small amount of menthol witch makes it taste kinda gross, but its smaller than a normal shot of booze at the bar. i weight 140lbs and have a super fast metobolism, i took the shot and was smoking weed through out the whole day/night i started to feel it about 20 mintues after taking the dxm. then about 40 mintues later i was full blown tripping and was probly the 4th best hallucingen i have tryed (even tho its not considered as one)

EDIT: also there is a tutorial on how to extract dxm from a cough syrup called "DELSYM" because it is time relased you can preform an extremly easy and fast extraction method where you can take just the dxm from the syrup and turn it into a powder, very effective!

yea just stick to swallowing them. no chewing neccesary :)

And try sticking to waltussin or robitussin. Thyre usually the better... for the body wise.
