You can probably take 4 or 5 and be fine. A normal tylenol extra strength is 500mg and you can take 3-4 of those without doing any damage.

those pills are useless unless you do a cold water extraction. i would consider 240mg of codiene a recreational dose, at 15mg/pill that would be about 16, hence why cold water extracting is necessary.

Maximum is 8 500mg Tylenol per day. Or 13 of what you have. In other words, in this case it's not the Tylenol you have to worry about.
