I have been reading on how to make poppy seed tea, some say use the pods and some say u can use the seeds, i just ordered seeds so will that be ok? and how many or how much do u use to make the tea?

for seeds you need to wash about a pound , thats why its worthless to use seeds man, its a waste. Use pods
