Spinosad

Any opinions on using spinosad on Bud for an organic pesticide? for those who dont know about it http://www.livingwithbugs.com/spinosad.html there is a link explaining it. I prefer not to use any pesticides, organic or not, but what do you think about using this as a last resort?
