What does Taoism, for you, boil down to?

Taoism/Zen/Krishnamurti to me is realizing the non-dual nature of the mind. ;)

To me it is the realization and understanding of the force that acts without action through all things, and the fight against that which is ignorance and ego. I think the most important part of my faith though was the realization of my own ego, for there was no more important part of my life than when I was able to begin cultivating my self and eliminating my ego.

The Tao is not letting yourself get caught up in the words of it, so as you read this just unfocus your eyes and stare at the blurry page.

lol.. I like the point above for it is crucial twards escaping the schema's and prejudices of the untamed mind and building on your self, this is why I think they made it the first chapter of the Tao Te Ching if I remember correctly.

To me it's a matter of seeing things the way they appear to be instead of what my head expect them to be. And when it turns out I was all wrong, I don't feel too bad about it. In fact, it's no big deal at all. There is always new options.
