Anyone ever seen these kind of hydros?

The one day my mom had given me a pain pill that said IP 111 on it. I figured it was Ibuprofen because of the "IP" but I looked it up and it was a generic 5mg hydro.

I had always been used to the M357 generic 5mgs. Anyone else ever come across these?
