Favorite time of day to dose up?

Hey, fellow opiate lovers! I know stuff like this has been covered to a degree, but I don't think I've seen anything on what people's favorite time of day is to dose up.

Personally, I like it in the later afternoon; after getting the things done that I need to for that day. Especially when the sun is getting low in the sky. After that dose, the hazy afternoon sunshine takes on a whole new and more peaceful character.

Then there's the dose in the morning with coffee. It hits hardest at this time and is a nice way to start the day sometimes, but tends to get me a bit lazy... so if I had to choose only one time for my dose, it'd definately be in the afternoon. What about y'all?

Morning, then right as the sun is going down. It never lasts long enough to ONLY dose in the morning. That dose in the morning gives a nice little afterglow for when I take my second dose.

Oxycodone has such a damn short half-life I could dose 4 times a day if I needed to.

u4ia and I have had a talk before about late-evening doses... those are definitely the best. I'd say that I like dosing at around 7:00 PM the best. That gives you time to even watch a movie if you want :)

Yeah, I've been dosing in the evenings lately. It's almost 3am, and I did a 20mg oxy....feelin allright! It's great outside with the full moon, warm and breezy. I love the feeling of putting some music on, smoking some herb with it and drifting off! It's great to see what your mind thinks of when you're not thinking about thinking.

In my active addiction(many yrs ago) the best time usually was as soon as the sun came up, before I started feeling sick.
Now- - I get 6 take home bottles of methadone. I drink the same time 5 or 6 in the morning. Differnce is I dont have to worry about the next dose until 24 hours later- & its always there

This is an interesting question indeed. So far my favorite time was always at night, like between 8-11PM. Although I dosed in the morning for the first time last week, I wake up early as fuck to go register in my college, and on the drive there I crash into some fine ass bitch from behind. Nothing serious, but I didnt get to go to the college, just got a ticket and went home. When I got home I busted out my stash, popped a xanax bar, 2 benadryls, 1 ambien, and like 20 minutes later I chewed an 80. Didint feel like snorting this time. All in all, dosing at this time (like 9AM) was fuckin great, although the rest of the day was a bit hazy.

I like to dose in the morning around 10 am, if I have a plentiful supply of pills (which is almost never), or at night, around 10 pm.

I dose up every morning around 7;30 AM WITH A CUP OF COFFEE. Then again around Noon and then again around 6pm.
Then wake up the next day and do it all over again:rolleyes:

BEEN A CRAZY FEW MONTHS. Had another back surgery, and almost cut off my finger and knee with a skill saw last week :eek:
Now I have to have surgery this week on my finger to fix my tendons..

I've a patent on an all inclusive medicine.
Here's how it works:

One timed release capsule at bedtime:

The first layer is a combination of Tuinal and Placidyl (for sleep)
This medicine is replaced by a layer of methedrine and oxycododone, which kicks in about 8 AM, lasts 'til 4 PM, when the next timed release layer, Xanax, hydrocodone and cocaine starts.
The final time release layer enters the bloodstream at 9 PM, consisting of oxycodone, methedrine, alprazolam, hydrocodone and cocaine.

The problem with this once a day med is that it's the size of a football and it's hard to swallow.

Yeah, I agree, there's no "bad" time to do some opiates. I enjoy those ones in the morning and later afternoon the best, though. It seems when I get too high at night and go to bed that way, I have a pretty good chance of waking up with a damn migraine the next morning. I don't get that if the high fades out before I sleep.

If I have an 80, which is usually what i buy, I'll separate it in 3- 4 doses throughout the day. Right when I wake up, which is usually around 2 pm, becuase I usually start work at 3pm. Then another 20 mg on my break 4 hours later. Then when I get off from work at 11 pm I ll either do 20 or the entire 40. If I only do 20, I do the other 20 an hour or two before I go to bed. I'd say my favorite is the first bump, the come on gets weaker each time I redose but makes me nod harder I guess.

Some of us work different hours of the day.. different days of the week.. so its not easy to say.. "i take opiates at this time".. if im not working.. i'll take opiates at any time that given day..

Hey RoxStar, I just saw the poll! I voted for early afternoon. I guess I'm not the only one who was wondering when other connissours like taking them! Sometimes, it's morning but usually afternoon, but not so much after dark. once it's dark, I don't seem to enjoy it as much for some reason? I'm kind of an outdoors kind of guy, but love parking in front of the computer on them too!

I hated doing it in the morning. When I work, the BEST time to do it, is at lunch break. Last 4 hours of work are a breeze. Either way though, I'd much rather wait until AFTER work, so I can come home and relax and pop in a movie.

well usually I would be taking more later on in the day. Practical or not, it remains my favorite time to take an opiate. To be honest if I'm going to work I'd rather take methadone. I never take enough to get really fucked, but it keeps me at a even level all through my work day.

agreed, if i only have enough for one dose i like to do it at night, when i dont have shit to do. its easier to get to bed too, if i just do oxy in the morning, the rest of the day is gonna be rough, and hard to sleep.

The best high is almost always the first one of the day and when its competing with nothing (full stomach, alcohol, etc.) This is why its usually the best first thing in the morning because its before you've eaten, drank, done any drugs, etc. You're receptors are clear. You also kind of feel like tired, achy from just waking up. It's an amazing way to start your day. Any time you do it after that, it gets worse, and its almost just a waste. It ends up building your tolerance up and making you feel sick.

As for time of day, IF it was my first dose and I had an empty stomach, I would prefer late afternoon time cause its so relaxing. But generally by then I've had a full meal or whatever and its not as good as first thing in the AM.
