I BEEN POPING NORCO 10MGS FOR ABOUT 5 MONTHS IT FIRST STARTED WITH 1 HERE AND THERE THEN 2 A DAY FOR A WHILE THEN 4 5 6 A DAY FOR A WHILE NOW IAM AT ABOUT 9 10 A DAY AND I WANT TO GET OFF WITH NO SICKNEES... I HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO HELP 17 10MG NORCO 30 DARVOCET 100s AND 50 LOREZEPAM (BENZO) CAN ANY ONE HELP ME WITH A PLAN TO DO TO GET ME OFFF THESE? THANKS

I'm sure that China White will come up with a good plan! Just gotta taper down and it minimizes the misery.

all i know is save the benzos for when you're out of opiates.

weaker opiates? Tramadol T3's... and like beatnik- said.. benzos.. Imodium..

miles davis quit smack cold turkey. you can do this.

i'd suggest you take the absolute lowest dose you can of what opiates you have left (not to totally alleviate withdrawals, but enough to make it manageable) and taper off.

save the benzo's for when you're all out of opiates, you'll need them.

some muscle relaxers would probably help with any cramps or tension you may get from WDs.. plus muscle relaxers usually knock you out

Day one : 5 norcos
Day two : 5 norcos
Day three : 4 norcos
Day four : 3 norcos

for the next 4 days do 3 darvo 100s
then use up the remaining 2 a day

then when thats all done if you still are going through w/ds

i just kicked a heroin habit of 7 years on nothing but valuims sleeping pills and morphine, but i had a trusted friend to ration them out to me and i was well by my 5th day. but that doesnt stop the cravings . i unfortunately went back because the cravings were to strong so i sugggest to u like im about to try again is once u detox immediately check urself into rehab . much love and good luck. my boyfriend who is helping me kick he and i will be praying for u.
