i took about 60mg of DXM an hour and a half ago, and snorted 4mg of hydromorphone like 10 minutes ago.
damnnn. the DXM had a noticeable effect, i've had 4mg of dilly three times before (but i don't have any tolerance, this was a week or so ago) and this time i am definitely higher. i'd recommend like one or two doses of DXM before an opiate, makes it way better. although i am noticeably more nauseas as well, which sort of sucks. i think i might throw up which hasn't happened to me before on dilly.
and why does stretching feel so good on opiates.
