Most decent bookshops, and even libaries, will have books on the various aspects of paganism.
A few of my fave sites..
http://www.angelfire.com/realm2/amethystbt/goddessnames.html
(a wonderful place to amble through, so much info)
witchcraft.org (http://www.witchcraft.org/)
(A British site, but good stuff for everyone)
http://www.spiralgoddess.com/SiteMap.html
(focuses on the goddess, in her many guises)
http://www.religioustolerance.org/witchcra.htm
(nice basic over view of wicca)
http://www.llewellyn.com/
(publishing company of books on paganism, plenty of goodies there)

but yes, I'd like to learn more too....it's a very intriguing religion, and from whatI've read so far, I really like it.

Sacred-texts.com (www.sacred-texts.com/)
Info on all things religous, sacred, or whatever.
And paganism itself is not a religion, it's a type of religion. If you want to learn about paganism, go to a library or bookstore, and get most any book on mythology... Celtic and Norse are both fairly interesting, then there's always greek or roman, egyptian, etc. Have fun.
