I just got diagnosed with AvPD by my psychiatrist, I kind of self diagnosed my self with it a long time ago though. All symptoms recur strongly throughout the day. What kind of treatment do can I expect? drugs?

probably not drugs, i'd expect a good therapist to use drugs as a last resort.
