lortab addiction?

is this real? i'm curious to know if the reason i find myself to be terribly unhappy when i'm not taking these pills is all in my head or if it's a real thing, because if so i need to ween myself off them. i really only take 2-3 a day, but i used to be able to skip days and take them only at certain times. now i find myself upset and VERY irritable without them in my system. is this a mind thing or a true physical addiction?

lol, lortab is hydrocodone, an extremely powerful opioid. Like heroin. Your are addicted to opiates. It's physical. And mental. Mostly physical.

The line between physical and mental addiction is not always so clear cut . . .

From what I have read here, it sounds like you are more mentally addicted... I don't see any physical symptoms actually.

Maybe if you could provide a more accurate time frame, more help could be made available.
