In about 20 minutes I'm going to take 7-8 Sominex pills which have the active ingrediant you all know as Diphenhydramine, I'm a little shaken about what might happen but I think I can handle it, I might sit on the computer and just try to talk to people while I go through with it, or lock myself in my room.

Very very few people are able to find the delirant high any fun or useful. Most people try it once or twice and never go back. Some people have really horrible experiences on it... you did research around before trying this, right? Sadly, it seems people need to find out the hard way by trying it themselves.

Whatever you do, just make sure you stay in the comfort of your room. Be prepared for some annoying side effects like excessive dry mouth, confusion, annoying audio hallucinations, delerium, etc. I doubt you are really going to experience much visual hallucinations considering the dose you took isn't really all that high (don't take anymore).

I don't know how safe that is. Valium has a pretty long half life... valium and xanax are specifically listed in the drug interactions list for Diphenhydramine.

Is there anyone you can call to come and look after you and possibly take you to the ER if need be? I think you are going to be ok, but just in case.

Seems like you are experiencing some visual hallucinations, and i wouldn't be suprised if it still is going to get more intense than it is now. Be safe man. Yeah, sorry about that, if it wouldn't had been for remember the valium as I said before I think I think the trip would have been pretty good. The coming up feeling felt great, but the worry ruined it.

the highest dose of DPH i've ever taken is 250mg. i enjoy the lower dose (100mg or so) feeling, but i absolutely hated 250mg. i was panicking a bunch, and got so physically weak i could hardly get up out of bed. only hallcunation i got was the DPH classic "jelly blob" in my vision.

i'll stick to DXM as well.
