As a general rule are polyunsaturated fats healthier than monounsaturated fats, is it the other way around or are neither of those true?
I know that saturated fats are usually solid at room temperature and I know that they are the major culprits for arteries clogging (not sure if the former is the cause of the latter) so its obviously better to fill yourself up with mono and polyunsaturated fats but beyond that I don't know anything about the nutritional value of fats. Can anyone inform me?
