Xanax Advice

hey so my friend has a whole bunch of the 0.5mg xanax pills and i was wondering if anyone could give me some advice from personal experience or knowledge on how much to take and if any other drugs would be dangerous to take along with xanax.

p.s.- i have somewhat of an anxiety disorder, which is why i quit smoking weed because of the paranoia. i'm a really spiritual kind of guy and i was wondering if meditation while on xanax might help me overcome this anxiety..

i'd reccomend taking 1mg for your first time.

you could try meditating, although benzo's tend to make things a bit foggy... not sure if you'd get what you're looking for.

oh by the way, you could try smoking on xanax- i got paranoia and panic REALLY badly off weed, and taking a bit of klonopin before smoking took it all away. xanax should work the same way.

edit: don't take opiates on benzo's, it can be dangerous to your breathing.

the only thing i can say is watch how much u take or u could blackout

this happened o me i took 6 bars and got in a fight at this girls house with one of my best freinds

dont remember any of it i just remember smoking a blunt watching how high then i woke up in my bed
