Hydro question?

Maybe someone could give me some help.

I'm growing a Lowlife Hindu Kush plant in a power grower. The plants is 40 days old and has small buds. The problem is that the plant has stopped all growth. The leaves at the very top of plant have redish / purple color to the stems. Feeding Advanced Nutrients Connoisseur, Big Bud, phosphoload, hygrozyme. 600 watt HPS with Hortilux bulb.

Redish stems to the leaves are a sign that the strain is mainly indica dominated. As for the slow or stopped growth i could be wrong but sounds like there coming into bud. As mj changes from rapid growth mode to flowering they do slow down or stop growing for a few weeks.
