Probably. Extracting Pseudo is a bitch though. Just get pure ephedrine. Though you're gonna have to do some digging.

He is talking about methcathinone, not methamphetamine.

I don;t see why you'd go through all that work to get methcathinone. It's not very popular because it's not very good. It's non-existent in the underground. You'll only fine substituted methcathinones. Things like methylenedioxymethcathinone and 4-methylmethcathinone.

Methamphetamine is easy to synthesize from ephedrine. But you'll need to look into getting some proper labware.
