Drawnings of mine while Tripping... O_O

I have taken acid 3 times and the following times are from trips 1 and 3:

This is from 3 hits of acid on white blotter paper of unknown strength. I lost the scan of the back of this drawing and cannot find the original.

I lost the drawing I did during my second trip also :( I really liked that one too :p

These two are from my trip yesterday. It was a much less visual trip than my previous 2 times in terms of visuals, but I think that it allowed me to concentrate more on drawing.

It looks like a bunch of things that would have had a lot more weight while you were drawing them and seeing them come to life from a blank page to what they are.

But I dont think there is much meaning in them.

I like the way you write your name in the last one - would be good as your signature/tag on the bottom of pictures

There was one design on those pictures that reminded me of a very very early form of writting... But that's all I got, heheh.

Looks like a child scribbled on a piece of paper.... just because you tripped and drew some lines doesn't mean its psychedelic or has a meaning. My advice, have a reason to draw, not to draw for a reason. Like for example this piece of art, I drew it after taking 6 hits of pure white lavender acid on Good Friday of 2008. I had a reason to draw, and many meanings and ideologies were crafted and put into this piece of art to remind me of what I learned on that historic acid trip. I'll let you all figure it out before I tell ya:

No child who's art I've seen could create lines like that. The original poster's drawing exhibits more skill and discipline than the second one, to me anyway.

I believe that art doesn't need to serve a purpose for anyone besides the artist, design however is art with purpose. So how can these drawings say anything about my skill as a graphic designer?

dude, my 5 year old nephew can draw better than you. So i would shut the fuck up. while i appreciate your painting, lxuke's is by far better. Its simple yes, but sometimes, thats better. His has a lot more meaning than yours, at least in my eyes and what appears to be the community at large.

You take acid, get lost in the visuals, and then for the rest of your life are satisfied with egoic mimicry of "geninuely represented higher forms of consciousness".

Look, if anyone has a problem with another member or what they post, either take it to private messages, or send a moderator such as myself or any other a report post. A kid comes on here and tries to show his artwork, and naturally criticism is going to occur. Criticism is healthy and expected. But bashing on someones talent and artwork with the intention of husting someones feelings or degrading them to make yourself feel better, is just not welcome here and its not going to be allowed.
Let's leave this argument to rest, after this post, please just stay on topic everyone or I am going to be forced to close the thread.
