How do you make a poll??

How do you make a poll, im fairly new here

when you make the new thread down towards the bottom there is a box that says add poll to this thread or something like that. just check the box and hit submit then another window will come up and you fill in the poll and hit submit abain

it does it slow, adds it after the post, so sometimes people respond to the post before the poll is added.
