good tasting pot

ok....i never get very good tasting pot, i dont know why, its pretty strong stuff it just doesnt taste good. it tastes so bad that sometimes i cant bare it anymore and i have to stop smoking and get a mint or gum or something to get the taste out of my mouth. i'm comfused because the pot knocks me out pretty much everytime it just tastes horrible

some growers dont know how to get the bad taste out of the bud when they finish harvesting.

it could also be because who ever grew it dried it but forgot to cure it.

oh ok. how do you cure it? because i think im gunna try to start growing just to test and see if i can grow some good stuff :-)

it could also be because who ever grew it dried it but forgot to cure it.Drying and curing is the same thing. My only guess is that the grower didn't properly flush the neuts before harvesting. This could explain the bad taste and high potency that you are discribing. Is the bud particularily hard to light and stay lit?

Tree, drying and curing is not the same thing. You often leave the freshly harvested bud sitting out for a week or two. Taht is drying. Then you cure it. To do this you put the buds iin air tight jars and leave them in there for another 2 weeks. Twice a day, though, you open the jars to let fresh air in. This will make the bud better to smoke and taste better. :)

hey man, i think thats a personal thing. if it knocks you off your feet, but still tastes bad, i think there is 'good tasting' bud out there for you

Like i said the taste really depends on the Grower. I bet te bud youve been smoking is from some newbie grower who doesnt know what theyre doing. :)

we used to have some nugs round town that we'd call "Chicken Jungle Nuggets" cuz they tasted like chicken... :)

i think the on ly real taste from bud comes w/ green rips..

look on the bright side, maybe someone is lacing your pot with fermeldahide

a few weeks back my cousin picked me up, since i was sleeping over a his place, and we went to anthony's (our dealer) and picked two 8ths, that night we picked up fox too (another friend) and we went back to my cousins to smoke a few bowls, and the nug had a nice minty/cinnamony/pine taste to it, kinda hard to describe but it was soooooooooo good

Wat the hell? why has no one considered that maybe, since this guy has never tasted good bud, that the oinly problem is that he doesnt like the taste of bud full stop? ive known ppl to hate the taste of the same weed ive had but thought was great. i think the only problme here is that this person doesnt like the taste of weed, jsut like, i dont like the taste of hardboiled egg and have never had a nice tasting hardboiled egg, but im sure ive been eating hardboiled eggs that other ppl have found very tasty indeed.
