I heard you guys south of the border call Kraft dinner 'macaroni and cheese'. I had a debate with some guy about who was correct...real macaroni and cheese has cheese in it. therefore kraft dinner is different from macaroni and cheese.

true that you can't even compare the 2. Some shitty noodles with powdered cheese that come in a box and cost less than a $1 or some penne and lots of chedda/mozerella that will run you at least $7 but give a huge serving.

yea here in america we don't say kraft dinner, in fact reading this thread i just kept thinking "wtf is kraft dinner?"
i can see the difference between kraft and home made macaroni and cheese, but its all the same to us i guess. kraft dinner could become confusing though because kraft makes alot more than just mac and cheese

tyson (and kroger brand, don't worry) has boil in the bag pot roast. its really good, and you don't have to cook it for hours. over egg noodles, or mashed potatoes (instant to save effort) and you have a delicious meal.
grilled cheese and tomato soup
macaroni and cheese (make it homemade, microwave it all week!)

quiche (the best microwave reheatable food i know of I like broccoli swiss the best, my mom also makes a cauliflower cheddar, but i prefer the former. heres a link to a recipe)

mmmmmm quiche
the key to a good meal is 1 protein (meat/ tofu/ lentils), 1 starch (potatoes/ pasta), and 1-2 veggies.
