Yeps, I had to do a poem fer a class, 'n this is what came out. Had to be "what I'd die For" So, 's not that bad.

A Near Life Experiance

What would I die for?

The question bounces around my brain.

Funny, I can think of a hundred things to fight for

To live for.

But what to die for?



I’d die for Liberty.

Not freedom, Liberty.

Freedom is watered down Liberty.

Freedom is what you buy at the store,

And place on the bumper of you car.



But Liberty is pure, unadulterated choice.

Yes, I’d die to have people take their God Given right to do whatever the Hell they want.

Some…most, call it anarchy.

I call it Soul realized.

(I smile) Radioactive chicken soup for the soul.



Of course, I know that with this great power…

The world would plunge into chaos.

But, ce qui sera, soyez.

It would be an experiment. Would the world survive this, and, maybe, be the better for it?

Who knows?

But, in any case, and above all else, it’d sure be entertaining.
