Demerol is a strong painkiller, and it ranks up in strength with Oxycodone...so wanting roxi's back does shock me a little.
How are you taking them? Orally, or insuffalated?

I did a little research as I wasn't that familiar with Demerol being taken orally, I now know why.
Demerol is usually used in the hospital via parenteral routes.
Doctors agree that treating pain with Demerol orally is usually only mildly effective.
Finding any kind of conversion for Demerol vs Hydro vs Oxy (All Oral) was very difficult but...
I found two veteran users on seperate boards who had done many experiments and came up with relatively close data. They both agreed that were total rough estimates.
One said that 5mg oxy = 75mg meperidine
The other said 5mg oxy = 100mg meperidine
All the information I could find said that the absorption of meperidine when taken orally is incredibly unreliable. Which is why it makes sense that it's generally used in Hospitals via parenteral routes.
Now makes even more sense you're wanting the Roxis back. :D

Demerol has a toxic metabolite, normeperidine, that builds up in your kidneys over time. Its generally a short term drug at best.
