Areoponic SOG

I am planning on setting up a small SOG setup in a 1m2 by 2m high bud box and was wondering what the best system was to use. I need a setup that the plants grow big enough to get a decent yeild but dont crowd each other to much and inhibit growth the two systems i have been looking at are as follows

Amazon 132.
32 plants in 45mm mesh pots.
800mm x 750mm x 460mm 50 Litres

i am planning on using the Digital Adjust-A-Wing 400 watt hps lighting system

also how many plants can be place in a 1m2 when you are using SOG meathod

the strain i am planing on using is Serions Seeds Chronic but would i be able to fit some tall and leggy sativas in if chronic would be to wide

my suggestion would be to look up some information about SCrog or Screen of green instead of sea of green (SOG)there was a nice article in this months high times about how to build a cheap trellas. Depending on how much time you have to veg, with a screen, you can fill a whole area with one or 2 plants under a 400w HID a sativa woould work well under scrog because you would be able to shpead out the long arms.
