For a bit of fun:

Tonight I Sang a Goddess Song

Tonight I sang a goddess song

Knew the tune and the vibe was strong

I didn’t know where he was coming from

But I sang it just the same

He was a redneck, a red neck he

Into national defence, oh yes siree

In Texas no less, the biggest and best

But I sang it just the same

Could have been the CIA or Feds

Or someone checking my activism creds

Goddess knows, maybe into thought control

But I sang it just the same

Wanted to know all about the One

On rituals and what clothes were worn

Maybe he was into pagan porn?

But I sang it just the same

Asked how I’d dress him for dedication

(I wondered if it was really ejaculation)

But you know me, the loony’s friend

So I sang it just the same

Confided in me, he did confess

He’d rather do the ritual in female dress

Oh My Lordy…sure, I guess?

And I sang it just the same

Never quite sure if he was taking the Mickey

Or if, in the end, it was gonna get sticky

But he made me think he knew the song too

So I sang it just the same

Wants a goddess name, how would that go?

So I had a shot at one, like Willow Moonstone

And he thought that sounded great, you know

So I sang it just the same

Never one to make light of the magic of life

Or to back down from ignominy or strife

So I struck a blow for the feminine life

And I sang it just the same

Well I dedicated him, then and there

Or her, I should say, Willow, yeah

And ‘she’ asked if I thought she should grow her hair

And I sang it just the same

I told her we pagans were pretty cool

With individual difference in the gene pool

And I loved him for sharing his secret with me

So I sang it just the same

Said Willow would be more left-wing

Not the gun-rights, flag-waving, red-neck thing

And what would he wear to a peace march again?

And I sang it just the same

Had I seduced him into transformation?

Some kind of spell or fascination?

I said we’re not into the recruiting thing

And I sang it just the same

Well, now he says he's feeling erotic

As well as being so exotic

Now what’s a girl to do with this?

So I sang it just the same

In this fantasy of Him to Her

In which innocently I did concur

Wasn’t sure if I should get it up or down?

But I sang it just the same

Just trying to get my head around

If he’d have an erection in a flowing gown

Or if I was in some lesbian fantasy

But I sang it just the same

Yeah I sang it just the same

And it isn’t to my shame

But if I’m on some government wanted list

I’m gonna change my name.

Thanks everyone, so glad you liked it. Sometimes truth is stranger than fiction (lol)...and I just remember thinking " Why does this kind of stuff always happen to me?" I guess the Goddess has an amazing sense of humor and likes to see how I react to wierd situations!
