Also, it says on the pack not to take more than 400mg daily... is that too little for it to have an effect on opiates? What amount should I take for it to work really well?

Another option may be to buy grapefruit juice. That's a lot cheaper, but how does it work compared to tagamet?

Here is a tip: Look for the cheap brand. Just make sure the only active ingredient is Cimetidine. They have MUCH cheaper walgreens/cvs/wal-mart alternatives, and it's the same exact thing.

To answer your post...from what I have heard about Tagament, is that it works about as well as other potentiators. I personally don't notice any difference when I use them, so I wouldn't waste the money.

ya, I never noticed a difference with the whole potentiation formula, except DPH does make it a little more noddy.

Tagamet (Cimetidine I think) makes my oxy high last longer. I usually take 3-4 with a nice size glass of grapefruit juice and wait around 30mins to start my lines. The juice is fucking godly. The first few times I did it the taste of the juice was nearly unbearable, but it got better. I can drink it like water now. It makes the high much stronger. Normally 60-70mgs to get me a little noddy. 40-50 with the juice and it just makes it more intense.

I might try diphenhydramine (benadryl) with oxy one day but for now I like getting fucked and having sex for 3hrs. Dont want to nodd off too fast.
