Yep. I can go for hours and hours and completely wear my partner out and never cum. Then, after she falls asleep, I go in the bathroom and spend another hour or two trying to finish the job. If Im too high, it'll never happen... and if it does manage to happen, its surprisingly not all that satisfying considering all the work that went into it...

theres no burn... dilaudid don't make you feel sick.. and theres less to snort.. i'd compare a 8mg dilly to about 40 or so oxy... very silky smooth when blown

Wow Dillys are lot weaker than that I think . I did 24 mgs yesterday because my friend found 60 4 mg pills. I 'd honestly rather have a 40 mg oxy than 24 mgs of dilly. It goes up nice, but it didn't last that long, I had to re dose every 2 hours, with oxy its every 5 or 6 hours.

haha yes, that's true. I have enough willpower (although I do get cravings quite often) to go here and not get desperate. However, its not like it doesn't increase my cravings at all.

I think it helps me when I post here sometimes, because if I didn't I'd just be doing something else and thinking about opiates. Why not just go to an opiate forum while you think about them? :D

You may have to scroll down a bit for the intranasal bioavilabilities of opiods. IV hydromorphone is a short acting opiate containing great euphoric effect.

No, you won't get the same rush. IV'ing, as just noted by Euphoria, is always going to give you a stronger rush. Based on that information that Sam posted, that is just how you can figure out your dosage for various ROA. Hydromorphone has absolutely no rush when snorted, for me anyways. That is why I said that every single person I know who has done dilly's has always said to bang them. Some people I know even like the rush off IV'ed dilly better then IV herion.

It would equal to the same amount of Hydromorphone in your system, but it still wouldn't give the same effect, because IV'ing is obviously always going to be more intense. You will, technically, have the same amount in you, yes.

If it takes you 8mg to get a nice feeling, then it would take you 2mg IV'ed to equal the same amount in your system, but the feeling won't be the same obviously, it just means that you get more bang for your buck when you IV, because it's 100% bioavailablity.
