i was looking at erowid.org and i was reading about oxycontin and oxycodin, wat are the differences? i looked and it has that oxycontin is an onxycodin time release? or something like that could some1 explain thisto me thx

Yes, OxyContin is the time release form of Oxycodone. Oxycodone pills are less milligrams though and have APAP(Percocet). OxyContin is time release and has no tylenol in it, has more milligrams like 40,80 mgs.

no not all oxycodone pills contain apap. Oxy IR is a drug made by the company that makes OC's and it contains 5, 10 or 20 mgs of oxy. that's it.

Both pills are used recreationally. If you don't have any experience with opiates though I wouldnt try OxyContin first, probably to much if you crush it. Oxycodone pills like percocet though, will be good, about 10 mg. Keep in mind Oxycodone is the main ingredient in both though.

I guess perks are cool. For percocet, 5 mg probably isnt enough , so go for 10 Mg Percocet.

if your taking oxycodin (percocet) your gonna want to take a couple and the buzz wont be very intense, if you havent done opiates, you might not know how to "look for the buzz". a lot of people dont find the buzz until they get FUCKED UP on a HIGH dose, and then they calm down and go back to smaller doses.

percs are cool, but not really enough for me. snorting 20mg of a OXYCONTIN pill is deffinately the way to go. kicks in fast, easy to notice, warm, relaxing...........a lot like heroin! man, i need an OXY now :(

i would go with the Oxycontin (brand name for Oxycodone). it doesn't have the apap (tylenol part) that is bad for the liver if you take too much. if you take a lot of Percocets 5mg/325mg(Oxycodone and apap/tylenol) you could be taking in too much apap. for experienced users it takes quite a few 5/325 to get a buzz, atleast in my experience. watch the apap especially if you also drink. you don't want to f*ck with the liver too much. i think about this stuff as i get older. :eek: max dose of apap is 1000mg per day for adults. just my thoughts.
