Yes you will be fine, but in the future just search through the pages real quick, this topic has been answered and asked many times. In general, alcohol and opiates is a terrible idea, but I don't think 10 mgs will do much. It all really depends on tolerance and your body.

I didn't mean to be a douchebag, I was fairly drunk. I did do a search but it seemed like I wasn't finding exactly what I wanted. I have pretty bad anxiety issues and I had a really terrible time with some anti-psychotics I was put on a few years ago. The doctor stopped all of them immediately at once after I had been taking them for about 3 months. I had the worst possible withdrawals I could ever imagine having. CEV's, terrible lucid nightmares in the few minutes of sleep I got. I was biting my pillow and crying; first time I've ever been suicidal as well. Basically I was overdiagnosed and experimented on or something. It was just Post traumatic stress from breaking my back in a car wreck. After that episode I was afraid to even take tylenol. I just recently got back into anything that wasn't smoked and I got the hydrocodone 10's and all I was finding was about how alcohol and the pills mix, and about how it's a bad idea, and other people's situations. I wanted to take it, but I was afraid, I needed someone to actually tell ME that it was ok. Sorry.

Your liver will hate you for mixing those pills with vodka

so maybe drink one night, and do pills another night, and don't do anything another night
