Its a bug thing.. that seems to only hang out in may/june time.. they are hhuge flying things.. and they always dive for you, get caught up in your hair.. and you have to get it cut out!!

AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO KNOWS WHAT A MAY BUG ISSSSSSSSSSS?

Surely not!!!

Shit! I had the misfortune of encountering one tonight! I nearly pooed my pants! I was in bed reading, and I heard this horrid buzzing noise, then this great beast came hurtling through my window, crashed into my lamp circled about in a deze then divebombed me! I thought it was a hornet at first and leapt up to avoid getting myself killed. But the sight I saw when I looked back to my bed was little comfort. The thing must have knocked itself out when it crashed into the light and was wriggling around on its back. Thankfully it gave me the opportunity to cover it with a bowl and throw it out the window (well call mum and get her to do it!) I never knew such things existed, and now I've had a close encounter with one, I have to share Ellie's hatred of the monsters....

I used to wait for them to make their final approach, then whack 'em with a red plastic tennis racket. They explode. Problem solved.
