the other day i was thinking wouldent a cross between ritalin and e be cool. so i thought up is structural hybrid. would this compound act both as a serotonin releaser and a dopamine reuptake inhibitor. if so would anyone be able to come up with a synthesis method for this compound perhaps starting from sesamol and ethyl lactate (this is entirely hypothetical i do not have the equipment or knowledge to actually make it.

interesting. but since we still don't have a complete understanding how ritalin works on its own, especially in regards to 5ht, nobody can make a convincing prediction. guess someone will just have to make it and test it.

if someone makes it ill test it :) im willing to test any drugs as long as the drugs are supplyed for me :)

i think more work needs to be done with Methylphenidate type drugs possibly even in combination with a Benzylpiperazine group instead of the PEA
anyone able to tell me how one would go about synthing 2-hydroypiperidine
