Probably not the most intense, but if it is your first time, you cash a bong bowl, and you hold the hit for 30-45 seconds it should definitely be worthwhile.

yea i gotta admit this shit is really crazyy. one second im holding my zong sitting on my hammock. Then I feel like im vibrating and im trying to remember what Iam and how do i move and everything is in stop-motion. then I go back inside and im sweating and had to lie down on the floor in front of a fan

Ya, the sweating is unavoidable and weird.
5x would make things strange, but I doubt you'll trip in any real sense of the word. 20x is pretty much the baseline for salvia. I'm sure someone who works at your headshop wouldn't mind telling you where you can get stronger stuff.

bullshit ...i triped harded on 5x then i did 20x. ive done it a few times about 5. its really got to do with what brand you got. but yea just make sure you go with it dont fight it because you cant and then you just wasted $20 or more so yea.... have fun

It's not something many people actually enjoy. It's just an experience you either would or wouldn't want to have again. Doesn't come close to the mj.

Smoke a bunch of weed then go smoke some 20x. Did that for like 6th-7th time with Salvia. IT IS AWESOME! Made everything skip around and lag like I was having bad fps in a vid game and it was all moving around in circles.

Better make that a gravity bong, maaaan. A fat bowl won't do the trick.
Use a big bong or make your own gravity bong. Gravity bong works best, in my opinion. My local headshop is really jacking up the prices on Salvia extract though. It's become pointless to buy it now...
