Just started a room

So far we've got one little sprout. It's a closet grow, about 4x4ft. Currently using a grow light bought from Lowe's, flourescent... I believe it's 15 Watts. Is that enough?

15 watts isn't even enough to light a room for seeing purposes.

you need 20watts of flourescent light per seedling, and will eventually need 60-70W per plant as they get larger
