Yeah on Altair Seven it's 4:20pm for the next 20 years then it will be 4:21pm for another 27. Slow rotation.

Why wait till 4:20.. Im a chronic wake and baker, postbreakfastmidmorning doobie smoker. Pre lunch smoker... some time after lunch smoker. All afternoon smoker Till i go to bed. I smoke usually 1-2 grams a day by myself but if im smokin out friends its like 4-5. I probly smoke too much

On a ANALOG CLOCK THE HAND ARE OVERLAPPING AS THE CLOCK IS SET AT 4:20 ..
It wouldnt matter if it was 2:10, 1:05 3:15 and so on. A clock that shows no numbers at all will be noon, if you set ther clock by the positon of the sun Directly above. A normal clock sitting on the wall at noon is what?? High noon. Its a game to play getting high while the hands are overlapping as it happens every hour :)
