help mg/hbw noob

never done any of the two seeds so im wondering which one is the better to start off with. and what is the best way to ingest them with out any oif the unwanted side affects.. and iunno if its against the rules in the case of mg/hbws but is it possible for websites to sell bunk seeds that wont affect you at all.. so basically i need some infozz:confused:

I'm a seed noob too. Do I actually have to perform these extraction methods? Or could I just crush the seeds up and drink the powder down with something?

Also, what kind of nausea are we talking here? Like from the taste or the chemical itself? The first few times I did DXM, i took robitussin dm which has guafenisin in it and i never puked that up, so should i be able to handle the lsa?

I'm fairly sure that the nausea is a chemical nausea, not a taste associated one. Some substances, such as DXM and MG's can cause nausea just because of the amount of the chemical you have ingested. if you are prone to drug borne nausea, try eating a dramamine or some ginger before the trip. if you are not prone, you shouldn't need to worry, but I wouldn't quote me on that.

the nausia is because of ergot posioning. It's a thing in the seeds. The extraction isn't manditory but it's not hard and it takes away a LOT of terrable side effects, leg cramping etc.

I mainly asked because I live with my mom and my stepdad (who is dead against drugs) and don't want to explain to them what I'm doing when I could just crush the seeds in my room and drink them down
