Insight Please?

Before i start this post i just wanna tell everyone that i know this was stupid and if you have any negative feedback please don't post here. so yesterday i decided that since i was going to do some pharms, and thought why not take everything i had and see if it would do anything. below is a list of all ingested over the course of 30min-1hr:

11x30mg phenobarbital
10x30mg pseudoephedrine
4x800mg ibuprofen
5.25g Acetaminophen (OD = 4g?)
2xbeer
1 shot grey goose vodka
aprox. 2 shots of white grapefruit juice

my question was shouldn't i have atleast oded on the Acetaminophen if not on another substance...? (i was not trying to od, for it may seem that way) i did suffer from some sleep deprivation, nausea and slight stomach cramps throughout the night...i believe that i received about 3 hours of sleep due to it.

yeah i realize that... but i did get pretty thrashed from all of it. Yet it was accompanied by a horrible shitty feeling afterwards that didn't diminish til bout 22 hours after ingestion...
