I remember hearing about an oil you can make from stems.

Is there any chance someone knows the steps to make it?

Why would you want to?

To extract oil from anything one needs a solvent, if yer gonna imbibe it use everclear or other alcohol made for human comsumption, higher the proof the better:>)

Simple..chop the stems up and put it in a bottle that you can close air tight. Add enough oil to have it be a little above the stems. Close the bottle and wait for 1 month (shake the bottle once daily).
Ingest oil..great bread dip

The % of thc in stems is so negligable that it would be a waste of time to make any kinda psycoactive product out of it.

Dissolve in a solvent that will evaporate clean
filter sediment after a period of time
evaporate liquid
