So I went to a punk show tonight and afterwards we went to a house party. Me and my friend started getting into some deep conversation, and she told me about her moms near death experience. She said that every time her mom had hurt someone physically or emotionally in her life, she experienced that persons pain in her near death experience. I really tripped out on this for a while, it puts karma in a whole new light for me. Not acid related, but I thought I'd share with some intelligent people.

ya man, its just a big loop, although the possibilities for how one event can come back around to you are so peculiar that I think karma doesn't do justice to just how weird the cycles of energy can really turn out to be...

During my mushroom trip awhile back, I expereinced the same thing, only it went to another level and I felt the pain of mankind. Why was Jesus hung on a cross again?

Sounds like a bunch of bullshit to me. Sorry. I mean, maybe she does in fact experience that but I believe it's just her own desire/mind making her experience it.

It was a near death experience according to the OP, I highly doubt in those few seconds that you have much time to desire something like that kul. But who knows, I've never nearly died so I may be wrong as well

Apparently she was electrocuted in a bathtub. Why would you desire to feel all the pain you've inflicted on others?

So it reminds you NOT to inflict it any more to anybody. Simple!

After death doesn't the brain stay active for some 12 minutes or so...
...this could be your "heaven" or "hell"...

Perhaps at death that part of mind that separates you from everything else is diminished. But then did she also experience all the kindness she had inflicted upon others?

See I'm not sure if she experienced the flip side of the coin. I think she sank into a Hell trip rather than a Heaven one.

The guilt on her conscious probably revealed itself.

Bingo. Fear is likely the last thing to go.
