psilocybin extraction

can anyone give me details to a psilocybin extraction from mushrooms, or at least point me in the direction of a relatively simple tek. ive checked erowid and all i could find was a method which involves magnetic stirring which i dont know anything about. ive heard that it could be done simply with ethanol but im not 100% certain and i want the most efficient method but also the simplest with easy to acquire chemicals. i dont neccesarilly have to end up with a crystalline powder but something like the gel i got from the morning glory a/b extraction would b nice. i have very limited chemistry experience but any help would be greatly appreciated

it's very soluble in vinegar. you could do an extraction, and re-xtallize with heptane (bestine)

or you could extract with everclear (try to dry it on epson salts)
