Mine was a story of evolution.

I used to post on a gothic board, and at that time, I was shedding my teendom and becoming more of my original, 60's/70's lovin self. I called myself RetroGoth_Queen on the goth board cos it incorparated both of my selves, and then I signed onto a yahoo group thing, and called myself GrooveGrrl... and then I decided to join other boards, wanting something original, yet more neutural that goth and less pretentious than queen, so I meshed them

thus the boring birth of my screen name RetroGroove_Grrl, maaan I can rant about anything so long as its not this g*ddamn politics assignment...

Hey, thanks! And yes, you should check out Syd's solo work. I really like it. It's different from his work with the Floyd, but he really wrote some great songs for The Madcap Laughs and Barrett.
