Budding too Early

Hi I bought 4 clones from a dispencery and planted them outside I've only had them 1 month and for some crazy reason they are starting to bud and they are hardly tall at all....does anyone have any advice please?

It could be that they have ruderalis in them and/or spring light hours are shorter than in summer and can cause it. Outdoor growers can have two harvests - spring and fall.
