If youre rastafarian it could be very difficult to get the protein you need because most natural cheap protein comes from meat but there are alternatives. alternatives im aware of are

-protein shake mix(expensive)

-Jevity

-individual protein shakes(expensive)

-protein bars

-protein supplements(expensive)

-peanut butter(has lots of fat)

-some fish(some what expensive unless you really like tuna fish)

What ive found is the cheapest is jevity. though some people do not like the taste..ive also found that taking a small bite of a chocolate chip cookie after you have some jevity in youre mouth makes a huge difference on taste. Jevity is also the cheapest if youre lucky someone may give a bunch for free. my mother had been buying jevity online from the mother of a paralyzed boy eventually he died(R.I.P) and the mother who had the jevity had no use for it and gave a BUNCH of it to my mother because she was unable to sell it.
