I have about 4 2-inch sprouts all in a pretty small pot...should I leave them in this pot or transplant each sprout into separate pot? Or should I wait until they get bigger when I plant them outside?

Come on man, you know the answer. An important part of the plants are the roots, if you keep them together for too long they will ...........?

And never sow them in same pot again ya risking stress in such tender plant really unwise.

So do you think I should just leave them?

No. You run the risk of the roots becoming entangled, slow growth, crowding.....

It's fine to grow cannabis in shared pots... I have 10 right now sharing an 18litre space. I often do it if i have a load of clones left over. It needs to be said though that these are clones and not seeds. Seeds will generally have more root mass than clones. Also i do it in coco coir with a heady dose of perlite. I like how the plants all meld into one big one

I tried the same thing in DWC once (well similar, 3 plants in an 18litre container x 2). One plant from each container was suffocated at around the mid flower point, after a 12 day veg from clone.

In your case, you need to separate the plants.
