Morphine: By mouth or nose

Yes snorting make the high stronger with a quicker onset, but at the expense of being shorter. It's better to swallow it, healthier too.

It seems to last a long time either way. I'm not sure exactly how long it does when sniffed, but at least 4 hours, probably more. You get a really heavy drip with morphine so you do end up ingesting both ways when you snort.

Its harder to find then than herb, blow, or cid. but i see more opiates than, say, shrooms, ketamine, or molly.

Morphine ~30% oral/rectal, insuffulated- 15-20%, Chitosan(a linear polysaccharide that helps absorb drugs better) has been shown to increase nasal bioavailability of morphine from around 10-20% to over 60%, SC-60%, protein binding 30-40%, half-life is 2-3 hours

If you want better effects from nasel you need TO GO THE cHOTOSAN ROUTE..

Morphine has a low bio-availability when taken orally. From what I have read the liver is actually quite effective at removing morphine from the bloodstream before is crosses the brain / blood barrier. From what I understand you loose about 30% of the morphine you ingest when taking orally.

A few months ago, just before Christmas, my doc asked me if I wanted to try MS Contin instead of my regular OC script. I figured, why the hell not? If they don't work as well, she'll just switch me right back and give me a new script, nothing to lose.

First night I popped just one 30mg pill (crushed up, of course). I felt great, even though my oxy tolerance at that point required me to take about 50mg to feel anything more than just theraputic pain relief. But after that first dose of MS Contin, it took anywhere from 60-120 mg, and I ran through a two week script in about 8 days, even while trying to conserve. After the first couple days, it took 90mg to relieve my pain.

I know you've been asked already, but I'm interested: how does the chitosan work? Any good websites I can look up with info on that?

i usually take morphine by eating it, but i always avoid snorting things when i can. snorting morphine burns though but it definitely stronger that way. o well i still prefer eating em because i normally get less nausea that way.
