You need..

Many fresh Buds of your favorite Cannabis......

a Jar of Honey....

and some Tuna or some Salmon..any fresh fish will do.....

Take a bite of cannabis.... now a big spoon full of Honey....now a little tune for protein... chew....yummy..:)


Sit back, close your eyes and Imagine your a Bear.....:)
