What the hell? I can't sleep for at least 24 houyrs after I do amphetamine. Adderall especially because it's freakin' time release. Even the IR version.

Yeah on average it lasts 4-6 hours of euphoria, 12 hours of come down 'till I can sleep. Might be different for you.

Even if I take adderalls at about 9:30am during school like usual I don't fall asleep until about 3-4am. So that leaves me with about 3-4 hours of sleep thats why I don't usually take adderalls anymore and now am able to sleep just fine.
