I went to Tufts University this weekend for the 4/20 celebration. Usually people join together on the library roof at Midnight 4:20 am and 4:20 pm to smoke. We went up there at mindnight to be greeted by a ton of stoners huddling in the corner of the roof with about 4 cops standing there watching everyone. We walked up to the cops to talk to them to see what their deal was. The cops we were talking too pretty much said just make sure you smoke discreetly and there wont be any issues. They were pretty cool they said they thought marijuana should be legal and its pretty harmless but it is their job to enforce the law. So we smoked our joint and left.

After that we went to this abandoned car that was left in my buddies Frat parking lot last august. We hotboxed that car for a couple hours with various people then at 4:20 am headed back to the roof. There were about 30 people celebrating quietly there was no issue with the police. After that we went to bed and woke up around noon.

4:20pm rolls around and we make our way back to the roof at about 4:10 The second it hits 4:20 I spark up a J and take a couple hits and pass it to my buddy he takes a couple hits and then pretty much at 4:22 we here someone go "You need to leave or you will be arrested." It was another bunch of cops these ones alot less cool than the previous officers. I pinched off the J and stashed it into my pocket. They said "Find a new spot to smoke you cant do it here" So then the crowd moved about 200 feet away to a big lawn and started burning there. The cops came over started giving people shit again and the crowd tried to move back to the library. It was pretty much a big game of cat and mouse between the stoners and the police it was rather hilarious.

We decided with the police presence we didnt want to risk it so we headed back to the abandoned car to hotbox. We then dubbed the car the Abercrombie Ripper. This is due to the fact that there was a little lanyard hanging from the rear view mirror that said "Abercrombie Rippers" so it just seemed appropriate. I borderline think the police presence at this years 4/20 made it more fun there was definitely a bigger sense of stoner togetherness since it was us trying to elude "the man" instead of just small groups of people kinda separate from everyone else sitting quietly on the roof.

Anywho sorry for such a long post I just felt like I wanted to post my 4/20 happenings.

Ah, it was hosing from a pump for an old raft., it gets smaller inside, to about the size of a pencil, and my slide fits it perfectly. After that point it opens up to the full tube. I just looked for shit in the garage, and hot glue made it airtight.
