where can i find poppy seeds

in live in hampton, va and i was wondering if anyone knows where i can find good poppy seeds in bulk to make tea. A nursery? Home depot? they say they have the seeds for the flowers but not for baking. Any ideas?

why would u want that? heard it tastes nasty and and u need to drink alot to get anything. also its a pain in the ass to make and really isnt even cheap. its also just as addictive as any pill out there. just pop some oxy or vicodin. ull know its purity and its safe.

Yeah don't make poppy seed tea. If you really want to make tea buy some dried papaver somniferum pods, grind them up and make a tea out of those. The pods are not illegal as long as they are used for decorating or floral arrangements. Using seeds just seems silly. They wash them before they sell them anyway.

Hey toocrisp, just popping a vic isnt all that easy when u cant find a dr. to prescribe them. i live on poppy seed tea and it works great for those of us who cant just pop a vicodin when we want to. go for it.

You can find them at wallmart and just about any nursery... Also, why wouldn't you just grow them (for decor, of course)?

You need to buy Papaver somniferum seeds or pods like escuccim says above they are the only types of Poppys that have opium. To my knowledge Wal Mart and other stores don't sell Papaver somniferum seeds. I get my seeds and dried pods on Ebay and all over the net just yype it in a search engine about 100 sights will come up that sell them.

Poppy seed tea is real easy ...

all you do is get a pound of seeds put in a milk jug fill with some cold water wash them for 5 minutes strain and drink...
You don't want hot water cause you extract the bad shit from the seeds and thats not good for you

No its not a joke, hot water is bad. the shit on the seeds is very water soluble (morphine) and all you need is cold water.

you can use juice for flavor but cold water to wash is all..
I've been reading people using hot water or boiling there seeds and that is dangerous..Use the hot water for pods
