Feel like shit after taking Hydrocodone (generic Lortab)

It wasn't my first time taking it. I got the pills from my brother, who had his wisdom teeth out a couple weeks ago and isn't using them anymore.

Both me and my sis took two last night. One at first, and then a second after about 40 minutes of nothing. We didn't feel much the rest of the night, although I did have some itching and perhaps a bit of happy drowsiness (the dreamy, drowsy feeling only lasted a few minutes).

Before I took the pills I was feeling pretty bad already. Nauseous, lightheaded, headache. I started feeling worse after I took the pills, and finally threw up. Felt a bit better, but still headachey. So I went to bed. And now that I'm up, I still feel like shit.
I want to throw up but there's nothing in my belly. I know pot would have helped but all I had was a little bit of resin and it didn't do much of anything.

Why didn't I get high, and why do I persist on feeling like shit? This didn't happen the last time I took hydrocodones.

What was the dose? I doubt two was enough, even if they were 10mg pills thats only 20mg which isn't that high of a dose. Personnaly I like doses of 50mg+, of course this is in its syrup form, free of tylenol. Its always a good idea to find out what the hydro/tylenol ratio is before ingesting them.

I don't really know what the dose was. I didn't check the container. I shouldn't really have a tolerance, considering I've only taken it a handful of times. Those times, I did feel something with the first and second pill. We didn't want to get fucked up.

Eh, I think I was coming down with something before I took the pills, which is why I'm still sick. They probably didn't cause it, but they damn sure didn't help. Don't know why I didn't get high though.

Hope you get better, It has happened to me once I was coming down with something an I ate Percocets, Vomited about 45 minutes after eating those, Felt better the next day. Just didnt feel the buzz, But figure that most of the drug made it into my system before I vomited. It happens.

I had both pills in me for several hours before I finally puked, so they definitely had time to make it through my system.
The other weird thing was, my legs were hurting pretty badly (I get leg and back pains b/c of my scoliosis) and the pills didn't help that at all. I wonder why that is? I've taken just one or two of them before for my bad cramps and they worked wonders.
Very strange that they didn't work for me this time, even as a painkiller. Ah, well.
