when you crush up a pill and twist it into tissue paper. you swallow the ball of paper and when it breaks down in your stomach it spreads out really quickly. In theory this helps the drug kick in quicker.

be sure to guzzle lots of water down with it so it doesn't break open in your throat, that sucks. favorite way to take pills.

you could also get the pill, crush it up, and put it in a gel tab(capsule). It works the same way. I've been doing it lately, and it just hits you faster.

The capsules are your best shot, I used to think that the napkin you wrapped it in somehow effected it...I know stupid...right? Parachuting something though is really the best way to go. It's more commonly done for things with time release in them though, so it hits you harder, and faster. Alas sadly the downfall to doing this with some pills is that the high isn't as long.

why wouldnt it be better to just crush it up and ingest it w/o the paper? Is it because it becomes partially absorbed through tissues in the mouth?
